South Sudan Nature Conservation Organization (SSNCO) is a leading indigenous civil society organization dedicated to environmental sustainability, biodiversity conservation, and community resilience in South Sudan and the broader Horn of Africa. Established as a national chapter of the Horn of Africa Regional Environment Centre & Network (HoA-REC&N), SSNCO bridges grassroots action with regional policy to address pressing challenges at the nexus of climate change, conflict, natural resource management, and human mobility.
